Hello, we would like to make a formal complaint in regards to Olubunmi Jaiyeola which appears to be one of your agents. Miss Jaiyeola has been a client of ours for a while now for lawn services. Today I guess maybe she had a bad day and took it out on us without reason and was disrespectful and rude instead of approaching the situation at hand in a calm manner. She then proceeded to block me before even completing payment for her lawn services at her own property. 99% of the work was completed and only a tiny amount was not able to be completed due to a trampoline that is very short being in the way. My dad reached out to her and she did not respond at first until we threatened to contact her job. In which she then said “have fun” instead of actually saying she would pay. She finally paid but never took fault for her actions. I don’t believe this is someone who should be around people on a day to day basis if this is how she handles communication with others. I have attached screenshots of what took place. It’s a shame that her information and phone number is directly tied to your business.
